Serve in a large wine glass over plenty of ice. Orange wheel garnish is non-negotiable.

Splash
Fill a large wine glass generously with ice cubes.
Pour in Aperol, then Prosecco. Top with a splash of soda water.
💡 Always add Prosecco before soda to preserve bubbles.
Stir gently once to combine. Garnish with a fresh orange wheel or half-wheel.
